All of our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds. Approved claims will result in a replacement item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started. Because items are processed quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
